Could you spare some time to help invite, set up and welcome our local community to join us at services this December? Specific ways to help are listed below:

1. Christmas service flyer bundles, labelled with the roads they need delivering in, will be at the back of church this week. We'd be really grateful to anyone willing to take one or two bundles, ensuring that they get posted this week before Contemporary Carols on the 8th.

2. Could you help illuminate the Church with LED tealight-lit lanterns ahead of one or more of the following services:

08.12 Contemporary Carols | 6.30pm (set up at 6pm)
22.12 Carols by Candlelight | 5pm & 7pm (set up at 4.30pm & 6.30pm)
24.12 Crib Services| 3pm & 4.30pm (set up at 2.30pm & 4pm)
24.12 Midnight Communion | 11pm (set up at 10.30pm)

3. We want to give each and every guest that attends our services a warm and friendly welcome. Could you help make this possible? The following services are looking for extra team:

22.12 Carols by Candlelight | 5pm & 7pm (set up at 3.45pm & 6.30pm) 
24.12 Crib Services | 3pm & 4.30pm (set up at 2.30pm & 4pm)
24.12 Midnight Communion | 11pm (set up at 10.30pm)

Please contact the Office to join in - if you're a parent and would like to sign your whole family up to welcome at the Crib Services, please do!

4. Could you donate a box or two of shop-bought mince pies to be served at our guest service: Carols by Candlelight this Christmas? We'd be grateful if you could drop them off at the back of Church by midday on Friday 20 December (ensuring the best before date is at least 23rd December)... Thank you!⁠
