This Christmas our friends at St Nicholas would like to do an ‘angel drop’ as part of their mission on North Stoneham Park a bit like the one we did in Highfield in 2017.

One morning in December people will wake to find knitted angels have appeared overnight in trees, bushes, attached to railings etc and will be able to collect them on their way to work/school/the shops. The angels will invite people to a Christmas event at St Nicolas but will also invite them to join a conversation about what gives us hope.

To do this they need hundreds (ideally 500+) knitted angels. They will be working with others including the local community centre but really need your help!

Could you knit some angels (small 4-5 inches) with a loop so that a tag can be attached? Patterns can be provided and wool where necessary.
