Ukraine - What can we do?

It's devastating to see what's happening in Eastern Europe. Our hearts break for the people of Ukraine and all those who are being plunged into a war they don't want to fight. Sometimes it can seem overwhelming and we can be unsure how to respond but here are three ways that you can take action.

Pray

There are several ways you can join us in prayer.

Join us on Monday 28 February from 8.00-8.30pm on Zoom.  This is our 'Prayer for the Nation' slot and we will be focusing on praying for the nation of Ukraine.

Archbishop Justin Welby and and Archbishop Stephen Cottrell have given their support to the call from Pope Francis for a global day of prayer and fasting for peace on Ash Wednesday, 2nd March. We will be hosting a 24 hour prayer and fast for peace on Wednesday 00:00 - 23.59 in the Upper Room in the Church Centre. You may join us for as little or as long as you like but do sign up here.
